Ingredients
- 2-3 Weetabix
- 25g Protein powder
- 150-200ml Water OR milk (Vegan proteins often need more water so add little by little)
- Toppings of choice: Personal favourites are yogurt, fresh fruit and some peanut butter
Method
- Crush all the Weetabix up in a bowl or jar
- Add protein powder and water. Tip – you want it to be smooth and a little thick to stir.
- Leave in the fridge overnight OR microwave for 2-3 minutes if having hot!
- Top the next day OR once cooked with topping choice. Grab a spoon and ENJOYY!!
