What you will need…

  • 2-3 crumpets (I use warburtons thin crumpets because I get to eat more for the same calories)
  • 1 egg
  • 25g Protein powder of choice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 60ml milk of choice
  • Toppings of choice – I enjoy greek yogurt, berries and honey

How to make

  1. Heat up the frying pan on a medium heat while you whisk your egg, protein, milk and cinnamon if using together
  2. Spray the frying pan with some spray oil then dip/ soak each crumpet in the mixture before adding to cook. Usually 2 minutes each side is enough
  3. Serve with toppings of your choice. I suggest yoghurt and berries and a drizzle of honey
