What you will need…
- 2-3 crumpets (I use warburtons thin crumpets because I get to eat more for the same calories)
- 1 egg
- 25g Protein powder of choice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 60ml milk of choice
- Toppings of choice – I enjoy greek yogurt, berries and honey

How to make
- Heat up the frying pan on a medium heat while you whisk your egg, protein, milk and cinnamon if using together
- Spray the frying pan with some spray oil then dip/ soak each crumpet in the mixture before adding to cook. Usually 2 minutes each side is enough
- Serve with toppings of your choice. I suggest yoghurt and berries and a drizzle of honey
