May 27, 2021 Ingredients 2-3 Weetabix 25g Protein powder 150-200ml Water OR milk (Vegan proteins often need more water so add little by little) Toppings of choice: Personal favourites are yogurt, fresh fruit and some peanut butter Method Crush all the Weetabix up in a bowl or jar Add protein powder and water. Tip – you want it to be smooth and a little thick to stir. Leave in the fridge overnight OR microwave for 2-3 minutes if having hot! Top the next day OR once cooked with topping choice.
