Ingredients

  • 2-3 Weetabix
  • 25g Protein powder
  • 150-200ml Water OR milk (Vegan proteins often need more water so add little by little)
  • Toppings of choice: Personal favourites are yogurt, fresh fruit and some peanut butter

Method

  1. Crush all the Weetabix up in a bowl or jar
  2. Add protein powder and water. Tip – you want it to be smooth and a little thick to stir.
  3. Leave in the fridge overnight OR microwave for 2-3 minutes if having hot!
  4. Top the next day OR once cooked with topping choice. Grab a spoon and ENJOYY!!
