Ingredients

  • 50g Oats
  • 10g Chia seeds
  • 25g Protein powder (I use myprotein salted caramel soy isolate)
  • 1/2 TSP baking powder
  • 150g-200ml liquid (water or liquid)*
  • Toppings of choice! Add whole cooking or top after!

 

Method

1. Blend oats, chia seeds, protein powder, baking powder and liquid together then pour into an ovenproof bowl (should be a little thick!)

2. Add any toppings and put things in the middle to melt for a surprise! (See the pictures below for some of my favs!)

3. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes in an airfryer or 30 minutes in the oven then remove and enjoyyyyy!

*Add liquid little by little to loosen up. Different protein powders will need more or less – for example vegan powders tend to require the full 200ml where others like whey might not!
