My name is Sophie – I’m a Birmingham based Personal Trainer and the proud owner of Soph-fit.

My passion is supporting real women achieve their health and fitness goals.  Whatever your starting point, whether you’re a complete gym novice wanting to start using weights or someone who’s just not been seeing results alone, I work with you to develop an individual plan to get you there.
